Update (10/8/2007): This issue has been fixed.
Ning has identified an issue where sign ins on networks like TuDiabetes.com are occasionally failing. They’re working hard to fix this issue right now. In the meantime, you can solve the problem for yourself by clearing your cookies on your browser.
Here’s how:
Internet Explorer 7: Tools, Internet Options, Delete Browsing History, Delete Cookies, Yes
Internet Explorer 6: Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies, OK, OK.
Safari: Safari menu, Preferences, Security, Show Cookies, Remove All
Firefox Firefox menu, Preferences, Privacy, Show Cookies, Remove All
I’ll give an update as soon as this is fixed. Thanks for your patience!
Dear TuDiabetes members:
There have been some issues with the upgrade that took place last night which are causing problems with sign-in/join in.
More specifically, this error is getting displayed:
Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to XG_LayoutHelper::renderLayout() must be an instance of XG_Layout, null given, called in /apps/socialnetworkmain/widgets/index/templates/index/index.php on line 3 and defined in /apps/socialnetworkmain/lib/XG_LayoutHelper.php on line 19
The folks at Ning (the platform on which we run) are diligently working to correct this.I will keep you updated through here.
Sorry about the inconvenience!
