Announcing the Diabetes Advocates program
The Diabetes Hands Foundation recently announced the Diabetes Advocates program in direct collaboration with diabetesdaily.com. This new program of DHF pools the resources of its members (diabetes bloggers and diabetes online communities with a focus on diabetes advocacy) in a co-op way to do promotional activities that are too difficult or expensive to do independently.
To extend the reach of the members in 2010, the program’s activities include: hosting a booth at the AADE conference, conducting a media outreach campaign and creating a diabetes speaker’s/writer’s bureau.
